What will we do if the values in the row or column are same? How will we find penalty then? Then we can’t subtract lowest from next higher quantity because all are same
Mam agar kisi question m second minimum or least minimum dono hi 10 10 h to hum whi choose krege ya fir usse higher digit choose krege for ex ( 10-10) / (10- 20)
