if person entered legally at age 16 and study high school and stay more than 10 years can be eligible for daca?
They are not receiving new Applications. Check the gov website to see the requirements.
@tahania, one must have applied already. uscis is not accepting new applications.

if you come legally, you can file thru your US Citizen spouse without needing a parole.
