No particular agencies have the power to regulate the price under the (RtL ) rice tarrification law. The rice industry is a free market at present and the price will always be determined theough the principles of the law of supply and demand. This congressmen instead of grilling the DA , should focus s on amending the rice tarrification law so that these agencies will have the power to regulate the rice industry.
