My issue with this method is while data validation can be used to protect cells from being edited, it does not stop you from deleting the contents of a cell. So using this method to protect cells from being edited accidentally is not an option. I realized that you can lock cells be protecting the sheet and changing the protection of the cell to "locked". However, this is very cumbersome to do often.
How do you hide cells on one sheet (B) based on cell value on another sheet (A) with macros or on a sheet that is protected? It works until I protect the sheet (B) with the hidden rows. Thanks
