I calculated that at first he had 2 then he breed them with 16 then he had 10 he then brought 62 tropical fishes 4 times that means he had 258 tropical fishes to breed that means he have 131 blue axolotls in last.

He would also need 7 stacks of wither skulls for the beacon, nether star, and the skull itself. 64 netherite blocks, 64 heads of each mob, 64 enchanted gapples, 64 diamond blocks, all music discs, and lots of other stuff.

Way back when Minecraft was still in Beta, I built a city.... literally had dozens of skyscrapers. Lost it to update corruption but it was awesome so I know the satisfaction you get from having completed that.
