If you check the link for the templates you'll see there's another batman cowl pattern - the batman arkham city cowl. this has a built in collar which is seperate in the pattern. you could combine that collar with this cowl and i think you would get a good look. You may be thinking why i'm not just saying use that cowl but i would say this one is more accurate to keatons due to the eye shape and shorter ears. hope this helps 😁
Hey man. Quick question. So I have a 23 inch head in circumference. And I don't necessarily know how to do the math for the percentage I'll have to scale the cowl to. Would you happen to know about what percentage? Or possibly how to do the math?
Cardboard won’t curve or flex the same way as foam, so you can definitely give it a try, but you may need to add some darts, and experiment with the template!
Looks really cool, I would like to see a tutorial on how you made your entire suit
Can you please do the Arkham Knight version of the cowl
nice to see your still going..haven't seen your vid's in a bit
Do you think this template would work for me to make a Michael Keaton Batman cowl?

What thickness of the foam did you use?
5mm EVA foam
for the plasti dip portion i wrap a grocery plastic bag around my arm or saran wrap
The video is really good man! But the templates don't work with me, can you make the templates on a drive file?
You can download pepakura viewer for free and print from there! I believe you can also convert it to a pdf through that software.

Unfortunately you kind of just have to experiment. If you want it to fit the way mine did, you might try 95% or so?
Dont quote me but i believe its 95.83-. Thats using a calculator so maybe test around there
@@CaptainCosplay Thanks, I'll try.
@@brendandupper Thanks
Can I make it out of cardboard?

Remove the ears, you have a red robin cowl
