ਕਿੰਨਾਂ ਬੇਰਹਮ ਤੇ ਜਲਾਦ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਓਹ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਵੰਡ 1947 ਦੀ ਸਕ੍ਰਿਪਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ,ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਵਜਾ ਨਾਲ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 10--12 ਲੱਖ ਲੋਕ ਬੇਦਰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਤਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸਿਹਰ ਉਠਦੇ ਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਉਸ ਮੰਜਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਕੇ।
