Crazy to think they may actually cut rates. I think most people feel rates should be higher for longer at this point. Fed doesn’t like the jobs report, so the need to give more cheaper money is here. If we didn’t know before, we certainly know now who the government has in its best
Interest. Hint it isn’t the American Citizens.
Most people who think rates should be higher probably aren't in the housing market

They want to pop the asset bubble they created. They want people not to have money. They want interest rates to drop.
I don't know why it's hard to understand everything is planned. Is that not obvious by now.
They have been access to all the best experts, technology, data, analyst and etc, but you have people on TH-cam no PH.D in finance or banking making better and accurate predict about the economy than the guy actually in charges of the Fed Reserve.
Honestly, just think about all the events that have been occuring since COVID. The wars, the protest, and etc. isn't obvious they have been wanting this and have been pushing the world to these events.

I think having an investment advisor is the way to go. I've been with one because I lack the expertise for the market. I made over $490K during the recent dip, highlighting that there's more to the market than we average folks know.
Hmmm this is quite interesting, Please can you leave the info of your investment advisor here? I’m in dire need for one.
Usually the federal reserve lowering rates triggers stock market surge. Then it crashes once it’s clear the federal reserve lowered the rates because the economy is weak, not strong.
Also 1:26
Is this chart correct? Didn’t the stock market lose more than 12% in 2001? Same for 2007?

I spent 159 dollars at market basket on 2 days supply of groceries. This economy is horrrible. No to Harris!
Thank you for your sharing. Feb meeting minutes said that no rate cut --- the original words are "All participants supported maintaining the target range for the federal funds rate at 5¼ to 5½ percent" (page 10) . The stock market is very strong and the inflation is still higher.

I think we get a small rally then a dip into December.
didnt market crash 13/15 times after rate cuts ? 50% or so after 2007-2008 for instance?
That was because they broke the economy and they cut to save it.

The only thing that matters is money creation. The stock market can have big corrections like we saw in 2018, 2020, 2022, or even big downturns like 2007-2009. But the fed simply starts up QE again and will save the day, stopping another period like the 1930s. The only real concern for me is if the fed remains tight because of inflation, we could see more periods like the 1970s with limited economic expansion, and an underperforming stock market.
Great facts! Much respect to you Sir.
Thanks
You give it to us straight forward
Would you please explain Harris’s capital gains tax increase including unrealized capital gains increase.
unrealized gains only affects people with 100mill in assets
@grimaffiliations3671 I call bullshit on that, The middle always take it in the a$$.
No one should pay tax for unrealized gains regardless of wealth
Just asking to get paid and then dump the market @@truckingmoney485
This is why someone like Brian needs to break it down, it's spread over years and it's not like you are paying cash that you have to sell.
Also, there's no need to defend 100 millionaires
Great info based on historical facts. Love it
The important part is to not be overleveraged if it does crash. Over time it always recovers and goes higher, but if you are forced to sell, you lose big time.
They already made their $ in the market, and cuts mean the period before rates went up. Since they had leverage. They already made money for many seasons to come. When the rates cut, they sell off and make stock drop largely because they have friends who will do the same. When they drop. People sell off. When people sell off, they time the market and buy the dip, increasing the stocks back up and releveraging at a better advantage.
Aka: When the rates cut, thousands become poor, and then the rich get richer.
Rate cuts benefit only the rich.
This is easy to research and find it is a fact.
I advice those of you who can sell as many things as you can and save $100k as fast as possible. If you buy the dip, you will be able to buy a house and a car after a year or two, depending on how long it takes to get back to normal. 1 year more than likely.
Hopefully, if we have much less than that, we can still get some money. Timing is key now!. Just wait until you see a company that "cannot" fall and buy the stock that drops the most. It will go back up!.
Probably the best guy on TH-cam who truly tells everyone how to make money , thanks for sharing your knowledge to all of us 🎉
Do you (or anyone) have an opinion on what will happen with precious metals?
A surge, then a crash...
It's been surging since January 2023
Thank you for alway dropping great knowledge... it's always good to be reminded
Excellent advice, Brian.
Made me laugh out loud… love all your information and videos!
Rate cut = short-term market drop and the market is overpriced. Note: Inflation averaged 4.25% year over year for the past 50 years. 4.25% is break even. Cheers!
But if the stock market crashes and we shouldn’t panic buy, then by how much should we dollar cost average in? For example, if I have 100k to deploy.. by how much should I dollar cost average in?
You always have great info to share. You are one of the few channels I make sure to watch whenever you post something new. Keep up the outstanding work!
Hello Brian,
Thank you for the quality video! I'm closing on my first house in a week, which is exciting news. However, I’m uncertain whether I should lock in my rate now or wait until the last minute. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Either way, I have an ample supply of toilet paper.

As always, thank you for explaining things clearly.
DCA all the way!
Just when I needed a common sense boost! 🙏🏼 Thank you, Professor! My main concern is the companies that are going to crash and burn, probably within the next 4 years. I'm going to make a laminated note of companies I'm concerned might go bust next to my desk, set a news aggregate to watch them, shift more into companies that weathered the cut last time, and metaphorically bury the whole mess under the digital porch in a water proof pouch. 😕
My vibes; Nvda pops market, then rate cuts crash market short term, then a five year boom cycle
same.. hopefully
How about when the FED pivots at stock market ALL TIME highs?

Could you also correlate this data with the inverted yield curve? Does that give us any more insight on which way this goes ?
Thanks Brian for the informative video.
My question is whether the government has more involvement in the “free market” nowadays than before? Or sooner than before?
Can the federal reserve expand its balance sheet by buying stock during a crisis? Or is that not possible?
Thanks
The car and horse analogy should be inflation adjusted if it isn't already, but yeah, we get your point. Just pure transparency
It will cause hyperinflation
Time will tell. If it doesn't I'm sure you'll be the first to admit you were wrong.
Thanks for the opinion…
Solution is BTC
Not hyper-inflation (yet) lol
In 2026/2027 you'll see another wave of 9.1% (YoY) inflation, but it will probably be even higher.
it depends, if trump wins and cuts all the government spending and reduces taxes and regulation then it won't. if harris wins and increases taxes and regulation we will be doomed for inflation
This is great content I tune in every vid
Great advise as always Brian and hope it goes down to start some DCA accumulate.
Always enjoy your content Thanks Brian and have a nice day!
Great content, thanks for presenting the data objectively
My big question is how much can we depend on the stock market going up over time if the dollar losses its reserve curerncy status?
That is not happening in the foreseeable future. Maybe some day, but it’s not an issue to worry yet.
