- These oven-baked candied pecans are the easiest snacks! They are crunchy, sweet and addicting and perfect for the holiday season as a gift for friends, family or yourself 🙌

Ingredients:
•80g Maple Syrup
•15g Butter (unsalted or salted)
•1/2 tsp Salt (unneeded if using salted butter)
•1/4 tsp Cinnamon *optional
•200g Pecans/Almonds or other nuts
•Sprinkle of sesame seeds *optional
Recipe:
•In a large pot, add maple syrup, butter, salt, and cinnamon (optional).
•Mix together on low heat until the butter has melted completely.
•Add in the pecans, almonds or other nuts and mix until the nuts are coated.
•Pour the nuts into a pan lined with parchment paper and flatten into an even layer.
•Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C or 340°F for ten minutes.
•Stir the nuts quickly, spread them out into an even layer, then bake for five more minutes.
•Stir the nuts quickly, spread them out and let cool completely before eating.
•Enjoy! :)
