Hi sweetie! Ms Happy Bunny lol. Ok so yesterday I watched Dalton but got busy so I didn’t comment. After watching Myshaan I have to say he’s not my cup of tea. When he started I thought wow, he’s got a good voice. But as the song progressed I felt his voice sounded “unpolished”, for lack of a better term. Like he has the potential to have a great voice but needs more practice? His transitions from chest to head voice were, for me, somewhat rough & where he chose to add them were in odd places imo. I also wasn’t thrilled how he changed the tempo from slow to mid tempo or upbeat. If a song is slow I like to keep it that way. I don’t want to be all up in my feels, and then bam! It’s sunshine & light!! And then back to slow & sad again. But that’s just me. Everyone’s different. I went back & listened to Dalton & omg. Talk about night and day. Incredible voice, range, runs, power, control, beautiful head voice (I thought Myshaan’s was just ok). Again, I think Myshaan would benefit from more practice and/or lessons. Also Dalton’s performance appears effortless. Which is oftentimes the mark of a phenomenal singer who HAS put in the work. They make it look easy when it’s really not. In any case, I’m certainly no expert but I know what I like & I’ve had a few lessons in my day. Dalton is amazing. Myshaan is ok. Hope you have an amazing day my love. Oh and msg received.
