I have the same code as you do and the html that is output has a low opacity, starting at where the mermaid graph is, though the graph does appear. This is strange and i can’t find any resolution online about it.
I noticed the names of the sbgroups (one and two) appear behind the arrows. However, if I invert the graph from TB to BT, they appear well above (upper part of the group). Is there a way of layering the group names above the arrows or either left or right of the arrow to make the legible?
You are outstanding, creative. You are my Mentor in R. Plz if there is way to use the ployglossia package in Quarto to write in international language.
