I found a Next.js 13 revalidatePath BUG

This video shows how to get the path for the revalidatePath function. The current Next.js 13 documentation is wrong.

When doing revalidatePath from a server action it was revalidating my whole homepage is it because of this?

To me it looks like revalidateTag doesn't work as described neither. It's always null, even though I've copy-pasted from the docs 🤔
