What solver method is needed to get accurate propeller thrust??? My prop is small 16 inches x 8 pitch and my RC motor reached 6710 RPM on the static test rig. Should I use Large Eddies Simulation for it???
This is very true. Thanks for the input. We will do a tutorial about this case in a later video. These tutorials take very long to get everything together, so this is just a first impression.
@@engineerdo6568 i know this why i am thankfull for ur effort it is not easy but ur doing a great job and helping us so much hope u keep uploading for a long time i hope u help us with electrostatics in ligggths with tutorials in the near future
I really like this colourful simulation! Well done!
Thanks for your comment Vivi. It's a very colourful comment ;-)
What is the isosurface is it phase boundary, turbulence value?
How did you visualize the tip vorticies?
I think I used a threshold filter on the velocity to cut away the volume that has low velocity. After that probably some smoothing filter
Its a great work and I really appreciate , So please make complete video about prop case step by step .waiting
Hey Zulbab,
great it helped! We keep it in mind to do step by step process.
Cheers, Engineerdo

I would follow this example
it would be greater if u could explain all the steps to get this simulation thank you for ur effort and sharing
