    This time a rather special happening while looking for the past.
    Watch the full video to get the picture and please do not be judgemental. I am only showing what i experience myself.
    There is a follow up video to come...
    Edit : right after 9,57 there is a voice saying " yup " and that was not me and there was no one else on that location at that time. Neither is that voice in the original material i have from the location so i cant explain that.

    My family visited a old gunpowder factory site in Sweden(some where in Småland), where many people had lost their lives due to the accidental explosions that occurred from time to time. And my little sister got really frightened when she saw and man in a blue uniform. She didn't tell my parents about the incident until later that night, and both my parents got all pale. Because from the time period where the factory was active, soldiers in that area had that exact same blue uniform as my little sister had described.

    That forest is utterly silent. Not a bird calling or insect sound. I used to live in a very paranormally active area, and I will never live there or go there again. That forest you're in is haunted as hell. People who "don't believe" in paranormal stuff should see some of the stuff that I, and my friends, have experienced. As soon as they changed their underwear they'd deny it ever happened.

    I sometimes get the feeling I'm being watched when I'm walking in thick forests. I personally put it down to the fact that in such environments human beings may feel insecure as they could easily be attacked by something that they wouldn't see until it was too late. It could just be an atavistic trait we've inherited from our ancestors as a heightened awareness and hyper vigilance would be an advantage in such places.

      One time me and my cousin went for a walk around a pretty rural forest like beside lots of farms and a lot more isolated then others anyways as we walked down a path into this forest like the out skirts of it, my cousin told me to stop and he was also in fighting/stealthy stance when he said this so I assumed something was abnormal. Suddenly he told me to run for my life. When we got to the back road in a prone position behind a ditch he told me he could see three men like 20-30 year olds staring at use behind a bush whispering amongst them selves I was completely shook.
      Later on he said him and another friend were also walking around here a year back and 2 guys told them to “fuck off” and a year before that local police (the guards as Irish people call them) found a dead body in that very forest.

    I was stationed in Munich for 3 years and we used to run in Perlacher Forest early in the mornings, I know the feeling of being watched well and we always felt like something was watching us as we ran. The Building I worked in was Building 1 on McGraw Kasserne, supposedly it was a SS supply complex during WW2 and I worked nights as a physical security MP mostly alone except for the communications detachment. When doing rounds it was not unusual for doors to slam shut behind you especially in the sub basement 2 floors below ground, and every now and then seeing something out of the corners of your eyes as you went around corners. Wether it was just the imagination of a 19 year old PFC getting the best of me or something tangible I will never know.

    I do hear “hilf” as in hilf mir. I do not doubt the presence of those who died especially in war. When I visited Gettysburg I swear I heard someone behind me whisper “make ready” which is the command before fire

    • @BeingAwakeisPainful
      @BeingAwakeisPainful 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Steven Recknagel my girlfriend and I both heard a twig snap like someone stepped on it then
      something/someone said “Halt!” We both heard it with our own ears at Little Round Top around 9:30 pm- nobody was there... nobody but the two of us. We were on the line that the 20th of Maine held. We were both creeped out. Also a lot of auditable metal on metal- like soldiers on the move. Very strange.

    • @StevenRecknagelMusic
      @StevenRecknagelMusic 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Mailbomb Bingo my encounter happened in big round top with just my father up the hill from me. I was sitting in a groove behind a rock and ahead of me was a stone wall, something about that small off the way entrenchment seemed to lure me to it and that’s when I heard it.
      Gettysburg is truly remarkable. In McPherson’s woods I thought I saw a shadow off to the side of me near whiloughby run but I had no way of making sure it wasn’t someone.
      I used to do civil war reenacting and I know what you mean about the soldiers moving with metal on metal sound. Given all the gear these guy used and had to carry moving quietly was not an option and often your enemy could hear the advancing soldiers

    • @StevenRecknagelMusic
      @StevenRecknagelMusic 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Mailbomb Bingo also I remember my first trip to Gettysburg I sat on a rock in the Devils Den, got a nice picture of myself. Later on that day went into the gift shop that was Lees headquarters at the time, and saw a photo I’d never seen before of a dead soldier lying in the exact place I’d taken that picture earlier. Strange it’s really a special place with so much sad history behind it

    • @BeingAwakeisPainful
      @BeingAwakeisPainful 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Steven Recknagel Gettysburg is very special. I enjoy both the historical aspects as well as it’s paranormal. Every time I visit those hallowed grounds I get some type of evidence.
      The Mrs. & I went out there one January a few years back and it was bitter cold- coldest day of that year. We were over in Iverson’s Pits and we were only out of the car for about 6-7 minutes saying a few things out loud in respects to the fallen soldiers who had lost their lives there. The Mrs. really wanted to get back to the warmth of the vehicle when I had just stated that “we came in peace and that we were sorry for the way you lost your lives here and that it was terrible how you were just piled up and buried... etc” when all of a sudden in the middle of the field this warmth came over us. I’m talking like when you wake up in the morning and you’re really comfortable and warm in your bed, that’s the feeling of warmth we had. It was like the cold never even bothered us. Paranormal? I don’t know. But I assure you while we remained at Iverson Pits we were warm and comfortable the entire hour we were there. I truly believe the soldiers were keeping us warm.

    I know i said this when you posted this before. I have had the same kind of experience several times. One time in Germany about 50 yrs ago. When i was once out in the forest with my father, i felt the urge to wander off away from him, i ended up by the side of a sunny clearing and went over to some bushes, It was in those bushes that i found the remains of two fallen German Soldiers.
    I firmly believe that, in the area where you were looking, there is something there for you to find. Please, trust your "instinct" and have a look, even if you have to cut and remove the tree`s that have fallen over. As i have said to you before, it has happened to me a few times and i have not been let down.

    I think the object at 4:03 might be a butter churn. The "S" shaped bottom of the lid/handle is used for stirring. If you look up milk churn or butter churn in Google Images you will see various farm solutions using glass lower containers. This would have been an excellent military field ready solution. Just a total guess. The handle is just turned left to right and stirs the contents of the container. In any event that lid was designed to stir something. Love your videos and scenic photography!

    My little dog Rose died of kidney failure on March 15th this year. Since the 3rd day after she died, she's visited me in my bed every night. I can feel her footsteps but their impressions on the bed covers do not appear on two video cameras I set up. She sleeps at my neck or at my feet. I talk to her in a soothing voice. She makes little whimpering sounds from time to time. Very sad she seems. All true. In your situation, the spirt will let you see him for two reasons. 1) If he wants to. 2) If he has the energy to do so.

    I am a firm believer of strange feelings in places like this. When I went to Lithuania about 8 years ago I visited the 9th fort in Kaunas that was used as a mass extermination area, the whole time I was there I had the exact same strange feeling that you had, like I was being watched but also like someone was looking through my eyes, difficult to explain I know. Between us we had four cameras, 3 digital, 1 SLR and none of them would work, even the SLRs light meter and flash gun refused to operate, the digital camera screens went white and malfunctioned until the moment we went outside. While I was in another area of Kaunas I kept seeing a TODT built bunker and two watchtowers as i passed a particular place on one of the many little yellow minibuses that operate there. One the final day I vowed to investigate and found an area closed on three sides by a moat full of water which i circumnavigated until i found a section of chainlink fence on top of an old wall. I climbed around the fence and dropped down from the wall into a scrub area and immediately felt the very same leaden claustrophobic feeling I felt at the 9th fort, only a lot lot worse. I was the grounds of a Napoleonic fort, the 7th fort as it turned out and it was a very very strange feeling to walk around alone and explore it. I found a large memorial slab held up by statuesque hands, it was written in Russian and Lithuanian so I could not understand it but there was a star of David so I immediately knew the fort had a dark history. there was a small museum in the grounds but it was sadly closed. Two years passed and I went back to Lithuania and I revisited the 7th fort and the museum was open and there was a lovely girl who worked there who took a shine to me as the fort had a special relevance to her as she used to play there as a child, now she worked in the museum. She gave me a lovely tour of the grounds and told me there were three mass graves contained within the grounds and a new memorial had been erected on the largest of them. I bought some white Lilies to place there and she took me to it. The mass grave contained 7000 young men and boys and it had been the exact piece of wasteground that I had landed on when I jumped from the wall two years earlier.....

    I very distinctly heard a yup after he said that this is very spooky. And it sounded as if it wasn't close but close enough to pick it up. Some soldier is still clamoring around in there. You need to go back there and tell him it's over and to go home. Address him as a soldier. There might be more there than just one.

    There could be a rational explanation for it... I don't believe whatever it is could be reliably captured on video, myself. I usually talk about the things I witness in the wild to the Native Americans, they seem to be more receptive to what the average person would never believe, as theirs is a different nature...

    Well I didn't see much in the way of any thing spooky. I did however, at about 3:39 notice something...likely a moth, in the left center portion of the screen. Right after you say "this is a jungle". Like I said, probably a moth. But it has a bit of an orb quality. Not that I'm at all into that crap...99.9% of all those orbs videos are dust particles. But there are a few real ones (unexplainable) out there. Love your channel btw. It's amazing to lay your hands on something for the first time in so many decades. I know the feeling with arrowheads.

    I have investigated paranormal phenomena here in Northern California for over 12 years now. I live on an old gold mining village site and the initial gold rush started only 9 miles from my home here near Placerville, California. Ghosts are indeed real and there are two types: Intelligent and Playback. Intelligent haunts are when a Spirit is aware of itself and resides in a location for a reason which often is tied to the manner of it's human death or if it has a attachment to an area for some reason. Playback haunts are a function of a particular time in history that somehow gets "recorded" like a videotape and then played back when conditions are right. In this case, since you were being actively followed, this appears to be an intelligent spirit interested in what you were doing. Trust your instincts. The human body is the best piece of detecting gear there is and when you get that weird feeling, trust it. Great work on your detecting and don't be afraid of these things you run into. These are just people without a body who are sticking around and they are curious what YOU are up to ;>)

    Great video i havent watched part 2 yet. Many times someone has saw a ghost in a area and on investigation found items some even a long buried body. Perhaps there is a missing soldier there never recovered and is trying to get you to look there and bring him peace. My home is between a Confederate Fort and a Union redoubt. The house was built 1877 missing the war but I find stuff alot when tilling my garden parts of cannon balls from the 12# Napoleons I need a better detector as mine is old and you cant take 2 steps without getting a signal if flagged my yard would be a sea of neon orange flags lol but iv seen them at times what looks like a large vertical wisp of cigarette smoke easy dismissed but watching there will be several and moving in different directions against a slite breeze two with in 4 feet of one another but one goes against the breeze the other across it. Iv heard cannon fire around the time of the battle that sadly happen 2 weeks after the end of the war but nobody knew it yet though. 200 some odd walking wounded from a nearby hospital and men deemed to old to join and even a small boy that was given the task of takeing a message but in truth and to not hurt his feelings sent away to save him Stood against the 3000 union troops about to lay siege to the fort. Iv seen this same Smokey wisps at the Fort. One not far from here closer to the fort Was up at 4 am getting ready for work upon looking out his kitchen window saw a man on horseback just setting in his yard it shocked him so much he broke his coffee pot he went to his door flung it open to find his yard empty and there was so sound of a horse the man added There would of had to be heard a horse. 1 if real the horse would of had to of ran the time to door form his sink was only a few seconds but he added even running he couldnt of cleared his vision. 2nd The only clear way out of his yard would of been on the asphalt street. This Fort is right in the middle of a very populated neighborhood so if the horse has left his yard there would of been the sound of hooves on the asphalt. He didnt get a clear view of the horse and rider to tell what he wore but it was right in front of him It was a ghost for sure
