Human resources is really good but they value CIPD qualifications and memberships instead backed up with human resources experience in the UK as our employment law is a lot different.
No need to study a degree in health and social care. Many of the health and social care jobs only require a 1 or 2 years college diploma in health and social care. They're called BTECs or NVQ qualifications. Hope this helps I've worked for many years as a HR manager in the health and social care industry.
Hospitality probably has the best response, what i experienced yet in the U.K.! Especially i love their pay scale and extra pays so no effort goes in vain.
