I am so interested in getting an antique booth myself. For those large, difficult to ship vintage items I couldn't resist getting for reselling.
I think the more prominent and close to the front, the better. Or perhaps close to the restroom or another popular booth? Good luck!!
The best tip from owning an antique shop is to continually rearrange your items. 😃
Best advice keep it fresh and rotate people won’t shop your booth if you always have the same things . If it doesn’t sell after a short while take it home and add it back later. I loved my antique booth I had in Coos Bay Oregon. So fun to do

The pretty ceramic “shade” you picked up and put back down, “Because it didn’t have a base,” actually doesn’t have one. That shade goes on top of jarred scented candles, like The Yankee Candle Companey’s. The shades aren’t cheap and depending on maker, can sell for anywhere from $20 - $25. I have a few, and to me, they are some of my precious decor items. Just thought you should know. 🌸🌿🦉🍂
Some of the Yankee Candle shades have a matching saucer/plate that go under the jar. I wonder if the matching piece was in the plate/dish section? 🤔

Tiffany, keep checking back at that store for the Mary Gregory glass cup…I found (one) beautiful Imperial glass Shoji in 22kt gold trim…I took the chance on the one, and unbelievably a month later I found the other one on the shelf…I was so shocked…so keep checking I bet the set shows up…great finds…those aren’t Greek, sorry…they are cattleman glasses…western style, but still a great find, congratulations to you and Dani ✔️✔️✔️
I think your Greek shot glasses maybe classified under western, cowboy, horseshoe or branding description
Tiffany, I was over the top excited when you found the green Mary Gregory glass. BEAUTIFUL! Also the egg coddler. I actually collect them myself and have 8 of them. I love a use them frequently. Single and double egg. YUM!
The goodwill in my town puts all the good stuff up for online auction. Mostly new stuff in store. They never have any jewelry of any kind. I stopped going because they have nothing I can resale.

Tiffany don’t be afraid to buy single bookends like that beautiful horse carved stone one you picked up. I use them often when the other
books are up against the shelf at the other end.

I have an agate single horse that I use. I got mine at a thrift store and is lovely on my shelf. I wish I had watched this video sooner as that glass magnifier I would love to own as my grandad was a glass maker. So jealous xxx
I was so thrilled you picked up those Glass pumpkins. I collect pumpkins and have the vintage amber two piece that you picked up. Most other thrifters I follow leave the poor pumpkins behind. 🎃 on behalf of all the pumpkin adores out here, Thank you, keep picking them up for us!!!!

Antique booth advice. Have 1 or 2 lockable glass cases for smalls and valuables. Also invest in some display shelving that is deep enough to hold larger items. Keep varying sales prices from $1 dollar items, all the way up to items in the hundreds of dollars or even thousands. Keep careful inventory records and check your space at least twice a week. Also restock as often as possible. Try to specialize in something, so people will remember your space. You can still mix your booth with varied collectibles, vintage items, and antiques. The most important thing to remember-have fun!

Congrats Tiffney & Danni! I have 2 booths where i live in Ky @ 2 different vendors malls. I resell @ booths, only & don't do ebay. My advice is location, location, location & also good lighting. As was already said, rotate your stock & keep fresh. Also, dust & clean shelves frequently. Do little vignettes w/ items to give the decorating challenged person some ideas & hopefully encourage them to buy a group of items. God bless!

As an avid treasure hunter here in the UK, i am amazed at the size of your thrift stores. I wish we had the same here. There may be some around the country but generally they are not so large..at least i have not seen any. I could certainly fill one of those trolleys 😁😁
I believe those small tumblers are actually covered with western brands for ranches and a lasso (rope).

How thrilling to find the Mary Gregory tumbler! I've been collecting antiques for 30+ years and only have a couple of pieces. You have beautiful taste.
The narrow necked tonala vase is missing something. I had one as a child in Mexico and I kept it on my bedside table. It was a water jug that came with a matching pottery cup that was put over the opening of the jug. Great for the middle of the night thirst. I love the look of the older tonala pottery. I collect the tonala pottery animals. I also collect Dona Rosa black earth pottery because I saw her making the pottery in her home when I was 16. I have seen some of her pottery in museums. Got a small collection of it.

What amazing finds at great prices! As I collect Polish pottery, I was over the moon at the pedestal bowl @ 11:00. It's gorgeous! 💙

The Irish Vase looks to be made of what I know to be called Milk Glass. My Favorite of your haul on this trip is the TURTLE 🐢 ‼️He’s Absolutely Marvelous!
No, it's not milk glass. If I remember correctly, its porcelain. I remember they had a big display of it at the Waterford Crystal factory, but you could find it in high-end shops all over Ireland. It was a very popular tourist souvenir, along with the Waterford crystal and Irish linens.

I love that wood purse! That is so cool. I'm so happy that there are people that still can enjoy thrifting. My Husband and I can spend all day but, I don't buy a lot. The purse would have been coming home with me though.

Though I love kitties, I'm deathly allergic to their dander. This is why I dont buy used items on ebay. I did until I started suffering for it because of the sellers cats. I did sub though. I love thrift shipping in stores. Not for resale, just for myself or friends. I carry wipes with me for anything I may pick up, just in case of cat dander. Was very enjoyable, and, relaxing to "shop with you". Thank you for sharing.

That was an epic thrift haul!! OMG just the Tonala would have had me over the moon.
Not sure that is a mama and baby deer. The larger one is a baby itself. You can tell by the spots on it's back. Baby deer are born with spots but they lose them as they get older. I think the smaller one is a different maker. It's not as detailed and doesn't look to be of the same quality as the larger one. This is just my observation/opinion.
