No, those translators with channels 70-83 are no longer broadcast due to other frequency allocations.

Wondering if Verdi, NV is named after the composer of operas - who never would pronounce his name the way the announcer did.
Highly unlikely. These days most frequencies are used for cell phones, other communication or even digital channels.
Would anyone know what kind of color bar generator KOLO used in those days?
How come the screen went into black mode at 4:41 anyway?
