Binging Oriana reviews since Friday. I agree this would be a perfect Spring to Summer fragrance, as it is lighter and fresher than the Delina’s(less dense/airier). I think that is one reason I was slightly disappointed on first impressions as we are heading to cool temps where I am and I was hoping for more coziness and projection for the price point. This bottle is life though and a huge sell for me. Lovely review and aesthetic on your channel!💕

right!!? getting a new perfume blindly is half of the experience - it's the anticipation.
It sounds beautiful! I am concerned because I’ve read it turns into a skin scent fairly quickly. For the price I want it to last longer than a skin scent. Cassili lasts well on me. Most beast mode perfumes last like regular perfumes on my skin. Thanks for the review. I will try to patiently wait to sample before buying.

Your Oriana review is the best one I have warched out of about seven or eight. Thanks for referencing Sundazed because I did buy that one after you said it reminds you of a happy day you had. Everyone is mentioning Oriana in relation to Love Don't be Shy and Memo Sintra--but nobody is mentioning Sundazed.

I adore I mean really really ADORE Kilian Don’t Be Shy ( but hate the performance). I never had a chance to sample the original in the black bottle. I’m sure if I had, and knew it was being discontinued I would have bought 10 bottles, I’m not even joking.

I was able to order... I recerved an email, that they have problems. Now I still have not received the perfume. The customer servive does not write back. Maybe it was good for you, that is was out of stock... :-/

Hi, love. I knew about this coming out a few weeks before parfums de marly announced it and a friend of mine who works at a niche perfume shop told me all about this and how it's supposed to butt out delina because it's so sweet and feminine 😂🥰 I haven't had the chance to smell it (in Germany it's going to be available in about a month). As I watched more reviews I was afraid I'm going to hate it because i absolutely don't like love don't be shy by kilian 👀😬 and now I'm going to have to wait almost a month to have that special first spray moment 😭🥺 I hope the orange blossom is not too much for me and I get more of that creamy, milky vibe 🥰

I purchased mine from PDM as well. Very excited to get my hands on it! I love purchasing from the New York store. It's the same as rhe website but the store manager, Donna, is so knowledgeable and kind. She manages the online orders through North America as well. I just find that ordering direct from her is better because you can choose your samples and ask for something in particular if you want to try it.
Is the NYC ordering information online? I wondered if there were duties for ordering through PDM.
@@cmac6992 you can order off the website or directly from the store. It's the same thing. All of the web orders for North America are packed and shipped out of the Manhattan store. There are no duties or shipping costs. I assume you are ordering to Canada. I have ordered four times already in the past seven or eight months. The Oriana order is my fifth from the store. I have never had any problems. The product is packed well and arrives in perfect condition with no issues. I think they ship FedEx Ground so it can take about a week or so. If you talk to Donna she will help you. There are only two days a week that she does not work. She told me yesterday that they sold through 100 bottles and are getting another 100 in on Monday. By the time I ordered I was number 89 of 100 of the new batch. If you want the product you should call her so she can put you on the list for the last of this shipment or for the next shipment that is coming. I believe that Saks is also restocking soon. I believe that Saks has 20% off right now but it is always more challenging ordering to Canada. Also, as an aside, when I called PDM I could hear a customer in the background enter the store, ask to try the fragrance, and scream out loud after she tried it and wanted it on the spot. It was a genuine reaction of someone who was thrilled with the first impression of the fragrance on her skin--made me feel excited about my blind buy and a bit more confident that I will love the fragrance. She also had to wait till Monday even though she was standing there ready to buy. One other thing I like is that all orders ship free. So I was thinking of picking up the Delina Hair Mist soon. There is no minimum spend for free shipping. I could easily pick up the product from the Nordstrom in my city or from Nordstrom.ca but I love getting samples--even samples of the same fragrances I already have for my purse. Plus I feel like the product from the boutique is fresh and hasn't been sitting under hot lights or been sitting in a customer's hot car before they returned the product that was then resold because it was unopened. I know that the PDM boutique rarely gets returns so you are getting something that nobody has been handling except for Donna when she packs it.
@@sarahpenz3739 I am in the US. When I got BR540 in Paris I had to claim it upon return so I wasn't sure how things coming from France work, but its great to know it would automatically ship from NY. Makes sense and very helpful, thank you! I agree with you about samples. I have done Nordstrom and also, Saks for Exusif and Oriana. My college age daughter is in love with Exclusif and now I feel I have to try the OG Delina on skin and will either keep it or swap it for exclusif so we can each have one. I love tart notes and the sound of nutmeg, but have read that Delina is a headache trigger for some. As far as this hot pink gem, bottle 10/10, juice so far 7/10. I was slightly underwhelmed with the 'strength' of Oriana, but need a little time with it. I want it to be a LOVE not like.

The color of the bottle is absolutely beautiful, I’m just worry about the Marshmallow note. Is it pretty strong or obvious?
I’d say it’s pretty well blended with the orange blossom and whipped cream. It’s not cheap smelling or anything:)

Can you tell us where you get your blotter cards from? I find that I get a better idea of the scent when testing perfumes by spraying them into a Kleenex tissue--versus using those strips or cards that they have at the store. Does that sound strange? I feel like the tissue holds the scent better and it is easier to smell it that way. I have always wondered if proper blotter cards are made out of a certain type of paper designed for holding a scent

Very curious about the performance on you. For me it doesnt have to be beast mode but if its only a skin scent like other reviewers say than that might disappoint for the prive tag
I wore it yesterday and I really enjoyed it for the first 3 or so hours - it was still there on my skin hours later but very soft. It definitely doesn't have the performance we experience with the Delina's or Athalia or Safanad for example. Definitely one of their less well performing scents I would say, but not aweful either. For me it will come down to the bottle, the prestige of the house, the scent itself, and how much I will enjoy wearing it. You're not paying for performance with this one unfortunately. I will do a thorough review soon.

I would say so except you would have to reapply throughout the day if you want it to really project and last. Upon wearing it yesterday, I have to say it doesn't have the performance we have come to explect from PDM - it's like Casilli in that sense. Not super bold, not super long lasting, - not terrible either but could be better. I'll do a more thorough review soon:)

This is my first time watching your videos and I thought you spent way too much time on the box. I almost shut it off but I did stay and watched the whole thing. It definitely got better.
I was so certain this would live up to the hype of this video, color, notes. I waited for Bloomingdale's & Nordstrom launch of Oriana...this is a huge NO for me. I took someone else that has an appreciation for certain smells and a NO. This is not worth it🥱 I ended up buying my 3rd round of Delina Rosee. I hugely urge to not blind buy.
And to me, I much prefer this to Delina La Rosee:) everyone has different tastes and I don’t think anyone should blind buy if they can help it. No such thing as a safe blind buy and no such thing as two people with the exact same tastes!! I love this scent!:) love
