If you dont want to measure the strips of paper you can fold the paper in half LENGTHWISE. Please do it LENGTHWISE!
Ok so I was saying, fold the paper in half lengthwise, the fold it again lengthwise then again lengthwise.
Now open up the paper and cut on the folds.
That's what I did and my slinky turned out so nice!
