Festival me karakter garues ku u mbajt 3 net radhazi dhe ne mesin e 20 Ansambleve nga Kosova Shqiperia e Maqedonia ansambli ILIRIDA-Shkup u vlersua me qmimin SPECIAL te Festivalit.
