Please don't use the plastic container replace it with a steel bowl, you can find a good one easily by taking the kettle along with you to the market. With the steel frame and keeping the eggs over it.
Hello, I have already mentioned in the video that one can use any heat proof bowl or other mold in the kettle over the steel rack. Since, I'm explaining the kettle here, preferred to use its bowl for the demonstration ☺️

304 grade steel is magnetic steel, not of good quality like 302 is.
Nonmagnetic steel starts from no 3
