If you're up for a cycle, you can easily do 4 countries in one day from Lindau in Germany, through Austria, Switzerland and into Lichtenstein. I did it with my wife and it's almost entirely flat.
I'm sure they would find a hill just for laughs 😂
I live in Bregenz and have been in all four countries in one day several times.
Other TH-camrs would have scrapped the video given the fog but your guys humor and ability to just take whatever comes at you makes watching the video worth it. I don’t really care where you are, just that you’re together and experiencing the journey together.
I didn’t think I wanted to see anymore walking videos but seeing Jack so enthusiastic at the end I think we need at least a dozen more

Very definetly gunfire - night exercise. Right near the southern border of Liechtenstein is a swiss military base called Luzisteig. Even closer to the border is a urban combat training village. This base is also the reason Switzerland has "invaded" Liechtenstein several times by accident over the years.

They swapped some acres at the southern border, so that the swiss do not need to invade unvoluntarily.

I actually ran across it in just under 4:30 hours - The Liechtenstein Marathon (or Alpine Marathon): 26.2 miles pretty much straight up. I vlogged some of it, video is on my channel. In 22 marathons, first time I ever went over 4 hours (even running through snow patches over the mountains - and it was June!), but plenty others took near double that!

I've been to Lichtenstein for an afternoon. Was staying with some mates over in Switzerland so we popped over for a few pints then went to Austria for dinner as it was much cheaper.

Thanks for a walk down the memory lane, guys - I used to drive to Liechtenstein from Moscow through Belarus, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and northern Italy. Lovely pre-covid summer days of 2019, wish I knew back then what was to come in near future.

My guess was Liechtenstein as soon as I saw the title of the video. Was also chuckling a bit listening to you guys mispronounce it “lick-tenstein” the whole video 😂 in German the ie letter combo sounds more like the English ‘e’ sound, and the ei combo sounds like the English ‘I’. Too bad the fog was too thick while you guys were there to get the good views of the alps, I went to Liechtenstein on a solo backpacking trip and I loved it there
I have an idea, since you're "All the Gear" - That for the next walking video, you compare and (simple) review of walking shoes. Ethan can get used ones, and poor old Jack should get new ones. So yes, please do more walking videos guys!

You can walk the perimeter path the whole year round... regardless of if the track is open or not.

Another random video suggestion for you guys, drive the coastline of a country. My girlfriend and I drove the coastline of the North island in New Zealand we took a month off work and did the trip in Gemma's old 84 honda accord, stayed in a tent and lived off peanutbutter and jam sandwiches, boil in bag curry and rice, 2 mins noodles and coffee made on a gas cooker sat ontop of the boot lid. Was called the " Coast to coast trip " happiest we've ever been. 🥰
Sounds fun, not very healthy but fun nonetheless.

I guessed Liechtenstein as well, I live in Germany and commute to Switzerland. It's the black licence plates that nailed it for me. You can see some clearly after a few minutes. You guys probably did the shooting a few weeks ago when it was seriously cold here in the area. Bad luck, still the video, as usual, made me giggle. Kudos lads!

At 15:42 your graphic is off with the route you had taken. As the line ends at the peak of a mountain. But you ended at the sinage with the swiss boarder, off the road. Which is to the west. In the foot like end of the country.

Went to Vaduz on a road trip from Italy into Slovenia, Austria, and Switzerland. Cool little place. That hill to get to the castle is a bastard, it was roasting when we did it.

"Double land-locked". Told me all I needed to know about where this is. I went there about 30 years ago. I was in it for about 20 minutes (in a car).

Big advise for walking/marching a lot:
Tape your feet, wherever you think you might get blisters: Every edge of you foot, between the toes and even under your foot. You can use medical tape, the same you find in your first-aid-kit of your car.

I drove to Vaduz with my son back in 2023, spent an hour in Liechtenstein, had a McDonalds then left 😂 we wanted to stay longer to have a look around but we were driving from Mulhouse to Stuttgart (via Switzerland and Austria) so could only spare an hour visit!

I have a cool link to Liechtenstein, there is a Walser Museum in Triesenberg Liechtenstein just outside Vaduz. My grandmother was a Walser and the museum documents her and in turn my family history as Walsers going back to the 13th century 🤷🏻♂️
