Was the orange medicine a vitamin C medicine, like Haliborange? There was a clear red cough medicine that tasted pretty bad. But there was a pink one that looks like calamine lotion, but was a pleasant tasting one for something. It's driving me mad, I can't remember.
@@CBitsTech what ever it was you can’t buy it now. I suspect there were a couple of generations of 70’s kids that unsuspectingly opted in to medical trials. I think I’m ok 🥴
One huge concern with used MD’s for me is that almost all of them are just filled with dust inside. Especially if some “smart” “handlers” are selling the discs and cases separately trying to squeeze as much money as they can. So they store MD’s just in piles scratching discs enclosures and filling it with dust. Because of that I only bought several used MD’s and I prefer to buy new old stock for real use.
I really must dig out my Sony MD deck and put it back into use 😁
I wonder if it will still work.
@6:30 Neige means snow in French
Thanks!
Nice haul!
I believe the Axia 'Hello Kitty' discs are fairly rare and go for quite a bit of money.
I believe so too, I was lucky to get that one, especially in the total price of the haul.
Yeah. 10 € for an used one and 20€ for for a blistered one.
I think I was very lucky then.
I remember bright orange 70’s medicine, what the heck was that stuff? Glad MD prices haven’t yet followed audio cassette prices!

Yep. So many things from back then are banned now.
I love the axsia discs they are nice I have 2 of them
By the way, who has TDK MD-RXGPRO74EB in the collection? Ebay prices for those are very high, a little bit cheaper than Sony MD2000.
Not yet. I wouldn't mind getting one, but I'm not paying those prices.
Hi, tell me how much is this box cost?
£71

Any MD player you source on EBay is likely to be equally full of dust and grime.
@@martynlewis9020 I meant MD discs, but MD players too. But MD players are easy to clean, MD discs are not easy to clean.
I haven't found discs to be too dusty. Players can be though.
Dust is easy to clean but molds are the worst. Careful buying those used minidisc this might also damage your laser.
