People confuse backing tracks with lip syncing. BP does not ever lip sync, but they do use backing tracks as virtually all kpop artists do. It's often asked how they can dance and sing at the same time on a live stage? 95% of the time they can but that other 5% where they can't the backing track fills in. People hear that and claim "they lip sync". Wrong.
The four of them together will always be the most powerful.

Blackpink doesn’t lip sync. Ever. You can hear the crowd when rose says “so what? So what?” Echoing in her live mic. Listen to it again on your own. You can hear the crowd in her live mic. People mistake having a back track in certain points in order to make it louder with their voice or give them a moment of breath as lip syncing. ALL artists use a back track live for breath control or to amplify their voice in parts if the venue is large enough. Blackpink sings live.
On the Korean live shows where they perform and then everyone votes etc many kpop groups got exposed. When they did their performance they would lip sync. Then if they won they have to do the song without ANY backtrack. It proved Blackpink sings and raps live. They only use a backtrack to amplify in some parts.
