Kuretake’s UK Demonstrator, Helen Pritchett, uses the Gansai Tambi colour set to create a watercolour background of bubbles, against which to stamp our beautifully detailed Lilium flowers. She then colours the flowers using the Clean Colour pens.
At the end of the tutorial, she also introduces the six-colour pallet sets of Kuretake Gansai Tambi, Pearl, Opal and Starry watercolour paints.

Quite interesting... didn't like the bubbles but the flowers looked nice... the tutorial on the pearl colours etc., was quite interesting so thank you 😊❤

Great tutorial Helen thank you 💙💙💙 I have the opal colors and thought I would use them with the clean color brushes on white watercolor paper to give a light tone on tone shimmer. However they are a bit more creamy and opaque than the brushes and I find that stamped images lose their details and light. Any hint? Should I water down them on my mat like you did with the other colors? Thank you
