- To me, the harp has always been a mystic instrument. I've played it for over twenty years now. I never had the idea to really play harp and sing at the same time. Comparing singing and playing piano/guitar and accompanying myself with the harp feels very different to me. Since a few months I feel this very deep connection with the harp that I've missed for such a long time. I feel like I got lost and found again.
I hope you like this version of Wicked Game. I think it's such a beautiful song. I tried to keep it simple. Just mixed some reverb to it because I find it pretty. :) I'm sorry for the cars that are passing by outside the window. I didn't realise I was recording them. - เพลง

I agree with the viewpoint. Music can be transcendent, and I look at this the same way I look at meditation. By that I mean I can't meditate in a silent place. At all. Part of my mind requires something to chew on at all times - this is why I have varying songs stuck in my head at unfortunately literally every waking moment - but having something like cars in the background indulges that part of my mind, allowing me to more fully immerse myself in my meditation. It was the same with this video. I didn't even consciously register the vehicle sounds, though when I shifted my attention to my split mind, that part stood out to me, and I felt the little chaos gremlin in my head feel happy with it.
I'm aware that this probably sounds pretty crazy. Imma just... goooo... 😬
