Pay attention to the volume, sounds at around 50 to 65 decibels will "weaken" your hability to focus. Not permanently, of course. Overall there's no benefit of doing your things while listening to music, just ensure you are at a calm and silent place, with nothing to disturb you. It takes some minutes of focus for you to enter in "deep focus mode" tho

@@Tarzart so this is probably gonna be a bit complex, I don't exacly know how to reprouce the effect, but I could achieve something similar, I'm using Krita but you probably have similar effects on photoshop. first I desaturated the image using the "luminosity ITU-R BT.709" method to preserve values after that I used a threshold filter to clamp the values to either white or black then I created an image from the visible layers and used the filter of edge detection (especifically Gaussian High Pass with a 10 as value for the radius) and then proceded to generate a new image from the visible layers again with this a had a layer with the image mostly in black and white and an image with just the edges I aplied a color to alpha filter on the edges image and used this as a mask for another layer filled with the color cyan (to reproduce the cyan outline on things) and there you go it's certainly not perfect and could have some adjustments here and there, but I am certain that this would be close enough you could also try to use the edges filter on the original unedited image first to get the total lineart instead of the lineart between black and whites, there's a lot of things you can try to make it better than mine! good luck!
