    Hands down the classiest video you guys have done. What a way to end not just 2019 but this whole decade. All of your recipes are awesome and the warm personality you bring to the camera is the icing on the already delicious cake. Or perhaps in your case the sauce on the already delicious cut of meat.     Just a side note, the change in chef Tom’s on screen presence is astounding. From timid in the kitchen to confident sippin whiskey. Hopefully our feedback has helped!

    Just a splash of hot sauce (pours in half a bottle). I love your recipes Tom! I cooked a huge Boston Butt (your recipe) on a pellet grill for Christmas day, followed soon after by a rack of Iberian Pork ribs. And as a lifelog oyster-lover, I'm pleased to see you use salt instead of crushed ice to present them on - everyone seems to use ice and they get so cold you can't taste them! Though I'm in the UK, I appreciate your work and I enjoy your show, which is so well done, on every level. Happy New Year!

    I live in South Carolina and every year on January 26th we have the Low Country Oyster Festival in historic Charleston, if you ever make it this way come by and check it out, they usually have around 80,000 lbs. It's located at Boone Hall Plantation.

    Did this for Christmas, as my brother sent me about 50 oysters from Seattle for my Christmas present this year. Yeah, those little babies didn't last the evening! For the hot sauce I use some "Chili Willy" habanero sauce from Belize.

    Hey friend I work at an oyster bar here in Seattle, we are taught to not flip our oysters, we even grow your east coast Virginica, we are also taught how to hold them with no special glove just a plain old fashioned latex glove. I dig your recipe but it hurts me to see you mangle that beautiful bivalve keep up the good work man but try not to flip your oysters peace out, happy New year

    I prefer them grilled. Opening, trying not to loose the salty liquid. Prepare some butter/garlic/sellery/chili dressing. Then oysters on the grill. Water will start to cook. Then directly add a spoon of the butter. Ready within no time, when texture changes colour. Perfect! Even guests who refuse to eat raw oysters love them.
