    Beautiful guided meditation by Swami Mukundananda ji on Our current situation in the material world. At present our situation is similar to Arjun’s in the battle of Mahabharata. Lord Shree Krishna bestowed His divine grace upon Arjun by giving divine knowledge and wisdom. Even if we request humbly Lord Shree Krishna gives us Divine knowledge and wisdom too. But it depends upon our hungriness. There is delay from our side but not from the Lord. Let’s put best enthusiasm and energy to make it practical on achieving Divine grace of God. It needs practice, practice, practice...
    Thank you Swamiji for inspiring us time to time everyday... our life would have no meaning without you and your guidelines on this path...

    I really like this Roop-Dhyan meditation. It is very relaxing and peaceful, specially when it is guided by Swami Mukundananda. This meditation is also calming for the mind. Thank you for this video!

    People say that without seeing God,they are unable to meditate upon him and demand the saint's to first show them God and then they would meditate as it would make the process easier for them.

    Wow !!! Roopdhyan or Meditation on the Form , qualities and leelas of God definitely is most easiest form of meditation. It keeps the mind focused and those scattered thoughts reduces significantly.

      For how long should we do meditation everyday?

      I watched one of Swamiji's lectures and he said ideally we should devote 1/10th of our time to daily sadhana. Which means we should practice meditation/ sadhana for at least 2.5 hrs every day. However, if we don't have the time, we should meditate at least for an hour every day :)
