Hey! Checked out your channel and even watched your most recent video. Here are some suggestions
-First major switch is your titles, you have to take out the hashtags, they only work somewhat for shorts but not for long form content.
-You have a lot of reaction videos on your channel, I think you might want to double down on those more. Especially since you’ve reacted to other popular youtubers. You could look at reacting to memes and trending videos. Check out @itsfrankyboi channel for how he does his format for youtube shorts. He uploads about 2 shorts a day and it’s a consistent format every video. You can use obs and the vertical plugin for the shorts.
-Long form content wise, check out @MacMula main channel with him reacting to security camera footage. Mainly, you’ll need to find 1 topic for your reaction videos and content to make content around that topic instead of bouncing around. You have anime and gaming content, you’ll have to give them their own channels as youtube is trying to find your audience but you feed the algorithm aka your audience videos with extremely different topics. Doing reactions to trending topics would be the closest thing for you if you chose to still incorporate gaming content/anime content but it should be news focused. Refocus around reaction videos of trending topics to trend jack what is popular and make your thumbnails the main focus of the video.
-You’ll need to switch your thumbnail format to have a more consistent theme, I suggest a screenshot of the topic of the video or use @MacMula channel for inspiration

Hey! Just checked out your channel and your are on the ranking trending as well. I think you are already on the right path and posting everyday will help you. I would try to find trending topics or polarizing figures currently in the media and go with negative terms like SHUTDOWN, ANNIHILATE, STUNNED, SHOCKED, "Ranking The Top Moments Trump SHUTDOWN XYZ", "Ranking The Biggest [insert streamer] FAILS". Then you can balance the negative with the wholesome ranking content. You have free reign to try with content, as soon as you pick up traction with 1 that breaks the 100k barrier, do another one similar to that video again, rise and repeat
