Moving around the kitchen is getting easier. This week chopping my go-to salad took 1/2 hour instead of a whole hour! I do better with a knife than my food professor.
Thats been my main is making sure to have a double batch of dressing! It usually lasts longer cause my salads arent as big as yours yet 😅 your wraps are my FAVE!! YES DEFINITELY FILL THEM UP or you end up eating the entire wrap. Ive got at least 3 fave sauces from the book already! The bbq, honey I love mustard and cashew cheese sauce
I don’t recommend the smaller ones especially if you wanna make the wraps as the airflow is horrible in the little ones. When I had very little kitchen space when I lived in Canada I still got the big one and I had it on a table by my desk on the living room. My place was maybe 600sqft so tiny but I really wanted the big one for the better machine. That said you can get the 4 tray Excalibur but you’ll need smaller mats to make smaller wraps and keep in mind, the wraps take twice as long to dry in smaller dehydrators due to inadequate airflow and space. The wraps are a life changer! I am a lazy cook. Being able to throw a salad in a wrap, roll, and go is really helping me eat healthier.
