    Very nice information 🙏
I am having feelings of cramps and pain in the rectum region along with mucoid stool of which frequency increases after the consumption of some spicy, fried foods like Vada, samosa puri bhaji, missal etc. I stopped taking breakfast and stopped eating spicy, fried foods. Also I reduced the quantity of food. Now I feel better but I lost my weight by 5 kgs in the span of 2 months. Also I feel tired. Is it also possibly a case of IBS???
