  • Best beach in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and eating at the local spots. Our first stop is breakfast at ⭐️ Turist for some local Burek, we then head to ⭐️ St. Jakov Beach which is supposed to be one of the best ones in the area. For dinner we went to ⭐️ Taj Mahal in the Lapad area of Dubrovnik (Amazing food and highly recommend if you're in Dubrovnik).

Be sure to subscribe to see more of Greece and Europe. This video doesn't even scratch the surface of what food and places we'll be exploring. Athens is our home base, for the time being, so you'll be exploring with us like a true local.

Hello! We're Maria and Olivia. We're currently living in Athens, Greece after deciding to follow our dreams and start a new journey together traveling within Europe (and hopefully beyond soon) and filming our adventures. We love what we are doing so far, we're learning so much about the world, ourselves, and each other every day and we hope you enjoy our content and have a smile or laugh along with us!

Nothing better than having the sea to cool you down on a hot day. Minus the sewer bubbles lol

Yeah the sewer bubbles definitely ruined it! But we’re glad we had the beach

I've had burek before and it was pretty good but I guess it depends on the place. I really enjoyed the video!

The dinner looked so good, even though there were no potatoes 😝

Great scenic shots of the beach but I was drooling during your dinner. The food looked wonderfully and delightfully delicious! Loved the reason behind the name of the restaurant, too. Thanks for taking us to dinner 🙂

Dubrovnik (Ragusa) was also a part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Because Croatia isn't far away from Austria (and Austria is a land-locked country), some Austrians have their boats in Croatia.
I love the classic Börek with potato and cheese.
Tasting local food is one of the highlights of every travel.

Oh that’s really interesting about some Austrians having their boats in Croatia! We should’ve tried the potato and cheese! We just don’t eat goat’s cheese and no one knew which kind of milk was in it!
