When do I post?

I get that “mostly” children play with Barbie’s and Barbie doll accessories but it’ll be nice if Mattel did some realistic Barbie doll accessories as an alternative from the bright colorful looking Barbie accessories
I agree! It’ll be amazing if Mattel made colorful Barbie accessories for younger people who play with Barbie or people who prefer colorful looking accessories and realistic Barbie accessories for older people who play with Barbie or people who prefer realistic looking accessories

Agreed....my daughter is 4 & she wants realistic furniture like I make & she likes articulated not stiff dolls.....even the children are demanding more from Mattel. Oh & she prefers the clothes I make.....she's not really into cheaply printed clothing 😁😊

@@DelightfulDolls Not quite- The string sit of the frets which sit on the fretboard but the entirety of the whole “brown thing” is called the NECK. The tip is the headstock or just head & it has tuners (the knobs) Easiest and most correct thing to call it is the NECK.

The fluffy stuff is actually called quilting batting! You can get thicker or even organic stuff at fabric stores! 😁

For even more realism, you can get little wooden dowel caps from your craft store. Color the caps with a furniture stain marker (usually used to hide scratches in real scale furniture.) Glue the TOP of one cap to each "foot" of the sofa. When dry, these will look like wooden feet under the sofa. You can also use small wooden wheels from the craft store, colored with the same kind of marker, as bun feet under a chair or sofa.

I had an idea! You could use either faux leather or a black ribbon, add some details to it and glue it to the back and to the neck of the guitar but add a snap to the neck where you can attach and unattach it from the doll for a guitar strap! I absolutely LOVED the modern couch revamp! And the shoes are great too!

I wish Barbie made realistic stuff. Their older audience would buy a lot more of their stuff than now because it would be more realistic.
I really love all the stuff that u transformed and it's definitely hard to decide that which out of all 3 , I liked the best but really love how the sneakers transformation and I had a coincidence that I had the exact same sneakers!!😅😆 wht a coincidence right ? I'm not criticising, I really loved everything!❤💕🖤

The guitar and the shoes were my favorites. I am definitely trying them. You really did an amazing job on the couch. I just made my own diy couch. My daughter gave me the idea to use small boxes to make it. Thank you so much Ava. I love your barbie crafts.

I do much the same. Use deglosser so then paint adheres. Also, I love the pearl, metallic and combo pearl-mettallic acrylic paints.
