So what became of those displaced for the new comers to have such prosperity ... Unfortunately history keeps that part of our history from us, a sad history indeed. 😢
No mention of the Acadians before them. Or the Mi'kmaq across the harbour .So sad about the Scottish people that came after. Trying to make their history acceptable..

I 💯 % agree!! Such atrocities upon those forced out from their homelands ...😢 and the lands the went to the land granted new comers.
