Loop Parkway Drawbridge opening and closing Hempstead, NY.

The drawbridge on the Loop Parkway in Hempstead, NY opens so that a big boat with a crane can go through the bridge. This happens just after the traffic lights on the mast arm pole for the westbound direction of the Loop Parkway drawbridge were just upgraded. The operation of the new signals were included in the video. Some footage was shortened due to the length of time it took for the bridge to open and close.
