Excellent, thank you for telling us what it was like for you two at the very beginning. I was 12 in 1984, and was looking for a style of music to be interested in, after being interested in Disco, and electronic music, synthesizers. 👍🏻
www.patreon.com/HueAndCry Thank you boyakka. We always try and put as much as we can into our songs ... they have stood the test of time. Very proud. GK. If you fancy a deeper dive into our archive, then please join us on our PATREON site www.patreon.com/HueAndCry
@@HueAndCryMusic the only track I really want to find on various online music outlets is Poets Day. Every Friday on our team leads chat page at work we get the usual TGIF or TFIF and I was always say Poets Day has come around again (it will now be bad luck if I don't!) but I've never been able to find a link to said tune!
www.patreon.com/HueAndCry Thank you Owen. Sing, Dance and THINK surely ;) Please feel our gratitude for your support. GK. If you fancy a deeper dive into our archive, then please join us on our PATREON site www.patreon.com/HueAndCry

www.patreon.com/HueAndCry Thank you Angie. Yes, there was a lot of pressure from record companies, PR companies, etc not to get involved back then. But Pat & I just could not just stand by and watch. It was tough for a lot of people back then. We should not forget that. GK. If you fancy a deeper dive into our archive, then please join us on our PATREON site www.patreon.com/HueAndCry
www.patreon.com/HueAndCry Hi Manda, yes I thot we should celebrate our 40th throughout the whole year, rather just at the end of it with a tour. It's a lot of work to make these, but fun too. GK. Love this! I first saw you performing "Labour of Love" on Ben Elton's Channel Four show "Friday Night Live". I used to video record FNL and watch it multiple times over. I became fascinated by the fusion of pop and jazz, and backing vocalist Dave Preston's enigmatic dancing! Bought the single *after* it had peaked, and then later the Seduced and Abandoned album, the promotional videos VHS release, and then the Remote album and its singles ...
