For habitation, residents need basic infrastructure like Water, Sewerage, Electricity, Roads, Transportation Services which are missing in these projects. People are not traveling to Airport on daily basis but need basic infrastructure to live and earn their livelihoods with good job opportunities which are missing in this area and you can’t compare it with Gurgaon for next 20 years or more. People were fooled from 2005 in the name of Metro and fancy slogans etc. by TDI, Ansals, Parsavnath etc. Even if Metro is approved and announced now, it will be at least another 4-5 years before it gets executed and you can really travel in Metro. 100 crores for an apartment in Gurgaon is just to create hype when not even .0001 percent of the population can earn 1 crore in a year and Ambani - Adani - Tata - Birla’s are not fools when they can just buy in Lutyens zone and stay close to the Pradhan Sewak. Just see the data on IT returns to give an idea who can afford a 100 crore apartment. Until Government provides basic infrastructure, good job prospects in this area only gamblers will speculate about the future here. Roads are one thing but just provide the details on basic infrastructure in each project so as end users can get a better understanding.

tdi tuscan मे अभी तक registry नहीं हुई है 2014 में possession मिला था आज 2025 मे भी registry नहीं हुई है tdi बहुत ही खराब बिल्डर है
