Nice job! You're so skillful! Tip before surgery, stretch and massage them muscles! Stay limber as much as you can. It will hurt when you go to rehab. But if you stretch, it will be easier when rehab makes you bend those knees! Best wishes to you!💝

My husband had both his knees replaced. And it even straightened his bow leg. He wished he had done them sooner. No more pain and you have to look hard to find his scars. You'll do great! Just do what they tell you to do and do your rehab exercises. His second surgery it seemed to heal quicker than the first. And it was the worse of the two. Prayers for you!!

I’m 70 and my knees are bad, especially my left one, I always said I would never use a electric riding cart in the grocery store but I’m eating them words, I can get around good in thd house I just can’t walk long distance without my walker now, let us know how your knees feel later and how the surgery went
