One of my favorite scriptures is D&C 88:63 and it states: "Draw near unto me and I will draw near unto you; seek me diligently and ye shall find me; ask, and ye shall receive; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." I follow Jesus by drawing near to Him in prayer. He promises to draw near to me. I follow Jesus by seeking Him in the scriptures. Reading His words. Following His teachings. I follow Jesus by asking in prayer to my Heavenly Father to bless me with the guidance of the Holy Spirit and courage to continually and worthily take upon me the name of Christ. When I do these things I realize I'm not really following Jesus because He's actually with me every step of the Way - because He IS the Way!
I follow Jesus Christ by helping the sister missionaries in my area teach lessons and my reading the scriptures every day. Pray to my Heavenly Father every day by filling our heavenly father’s covenant path. By God speaking to me in my dreams about what he wants me to do next on his covenant path and as part of Gods plan!!!!!!!!!
I try to be friends with people even though I might not always be very good at it and I try not to say mean or hurtful things to people. Jesus is one of the few permanent things in my life and so I will always try to be like him. He died for us and following him is the least we can do. By the way this song is amazing!

How do you follow Jesus?

I study the word of the Lord, even when it's not convenient or easy. He is ALWAYS worth the sacrifice!
