You can actually summon Pizzaface in WAR. The WAR Time Bomb is actually separate from Pizza Time, so if you use the Panic debug command, Pizzaface will be able to spawn. Update: I also found out how to get Pizzaface in Crumbling Tower of Pizza. If you go into a regular stage, start Pizza Time, and then go to the entrance of CTOP (I believe its file name is "tower_finalhallway"), you can start the regular CTOP timer with Pizzaface still following you. I don't think it's possible simply because of how long it takes to pick up the shotgun.
Yeah, I didn't want to use debug mode to do something you couldn't otherwise do in the game (but mostly I got lazy). I might stream WAR with the panic command sometime though

A note for the sito in wasteland, its worth noting that even in the lap 3 mods, where pizza face is always chasing you, THAT ONE ROOM, THAT ONE SPECIFIC ROOM, gets a specific version of pizza face from the final boss that is the (damaged) version, just to make that room reasonable, and its still super hard.

I love how taunting is essential to the Ancient Cheese part. Its like Peppino is taunting Pizzaface himself, like “You’re too slow!”. Neat challenge, I love the concept! I wish the developers somehow designed it so all levels are Pizzaface-possible, but oh well.
Yeah, I love taunting in this game in general with it varied uses! Taunting in front of Pizzaface is just even better. It does suck that only 3 rooms seem to be impossible for sure but maybe someone will solve them one day

I was thinking "there's already a mod where that can happen" but then he mentions in lap 3 that the robot goblins get removed to be able to complete it and I'm like "wait what?" This was a very interesting video. I can't imagine the skill level needed to achieve this (even if this wasn't really possible or at least very hard to achieve). I don't personally own Pizza Tower, but this seems like a "fun" challenge!
You can actually jump to hit the forknights. If you jumps slightly while mach running so you don’t jump on them but hit them in the face so you aren’t touching the fork it will bump them similarly to if you run into an enemy while doing a mach run but aren’t moving fast enough to kill them. Their fork won’t be able to hurt you until they recover from being stunned. If it sounds hard it really isn’t and is probably more consistent than having to turn in pizza scape.

In pizzascape’s second hard room, you can (probably) do a tap jump to hit the forknight’s head before its body so the fortnight puts down its for so you can hit it. This is actually how I deal with most non Mach 3 (or I guess 2) forknights.
Yeah, some comments told me about that trick. I didn't know you could do that before. You can also tap jump while running at the wall to pick up speed while climbing it to gain enough speed to kill them without jumping again. Sorry about getting the mach speeds wrong, the wiki kept changing due to a troll I heard

26:03 this room is possible By using something called a pause abuse (a pause abuse is a speedrunning trick, I won’t go into any detail on what it is so check out the pizza tower speedrunning wiki for more info) You can make pizzaface stop in place anywhere while peppino keeps moving So my solution for this is to pause abuse on the last pipe (Sorry for all the yapping)

These are the regular title cards. I don't know what you're talking about ;). The wiki kept changing how many mach speeds Peppino had so I just went with 3
@@BarelyAlec People have been calling it up to Mach 4 for years but a month ago an admin on the wiki decided it should be up to Mach 3 which a lot of people don't like so they keep changing it back. I myself think it should go to Mach 4 aswell.
It was interesting to see this finally get turned into a video after catching the Funny Farm solution happening live! What was your personal favorite part of this playthrough? It would probably have to be Funny Farm for me, since I didn't realize just how intricate that area really was and it's the hardest part you were able to solve. Glad you enjoyed it! Funny Farm is definitely my favorite part of the challenge too since that was the part that seemed so close to possible yet so far away. B is an okay letter I guess. And yeah, I'm okay with not censoring text if I'm not the one writing it so I left that in on purpose.
tip: the 2nd hard room in pizzascape can be passed by either grab dashing right before climbing the wall, or jump to bump the forknights so you can run through them. note: the lap 3 mod modifies some parts to make it possible to showtime lap. oh no's pipe is modified in the mod to make sure its possible, fun farms hard level is also modified to have a little crevice in the wood to go under.
True! I'd still use the strategy I used in Pizzascape along with the ones you mentioned for backup. I started this before Lap 3 came out and wanted to try to beat as many rooms as I could without them being modified anyway
in the fun farm room, isnt it possible to just do a twirl instead of a pile driver to avoid pizza face? you can use the dive into a slide to stun the potato and let you fall faster?
Just a heads up for Bloodsauce you’re not spooking the Pencer, you’re just stunning it by running into it before it recovers from spawning and gains a hitbox. Also, in the room with the forknights in Pizzascape you don’t have to go right, just grab at the base of the wall and jump at the last second. Peppino will climb enough wall to be in Mach 3 by the time you reach the forknights. Lastly, there are actually 4 Mach run levels, not 3. Mach 1 is the start of the run, Mach 2 is right before Peppino gains a hitbox, Mach 3 is the enemy-killing run, Mach 4 is the crazy running on all fours animation.
Oh, I see what you mean with the Pencer. I know you can do that in Pizzascape but I find it a little more consistent to get the extra speed from turning
i know its 4 in the files but "correcting" people to call them 4 machs is a little silly, i only call them mach 1 2 and 3 cuz thats fundamentally what the game functions as rather than animations in my eyes mach 1 is when you start running, you cant break or kill enemies but u can stil climb on walls and the game will register you as running mach 2 is when you start to have a yellow hitbox and peppino is able to kill enemies and break through metal blocks, and mach 3 is the final animation where you go super fast but if you turn in anyway shape or form you'll lose it imo, calling mach 1 and 2 the start up and running animation separately is kinda pointless and silly with "4 stages" i prefer the 3 cuz it just makes more sense
@@flourrrrIve literally only ever seen it referred to as mach 1234 so while you might be right that there isn't really a difference in mach 1 & 2, there's already a standard so calling mach 3 mach 2 will just confuse people, like I was when he said enemies become petrified between mach 1 & 2. Most of the people in this very comment section are just calling it mach 3, including Alec admitting he just got the machs wrong.

A cool challenge for WAR you could try would be finishing a second lap without collecting the lap 2 terminals. I’ve come close a few times myself so it’s definitely possible
23:10 you can actually do this if you use the fast fall tech: while midair, grab and dive on the same frame to dive without being stuck in the dive animation. you can then grab twirl to cancel the horizontal momentum and fall straight downwards without running into a wall. it takes a bit to learn the inputs but it is most likely much more consistent
7:33 instead of doing that you can just done a small so that both forknights get stunned and just continue your path You can also use debug and use Panic 0 to stop pizza time and start pizza time with no timer this also applies to war
Fun fact: dash sliding lets you do an instant mach 3 fun fact: by pressing grab dash + the opposite direction of at which ur moving in the air u can cancel all ur speed without needing to climb up a wall first
Yeah, I realized right after I uploaded this that I somehow didn't mention dash-sliding to quickly gain mach 3. It's not needed in any rooms I mentioned but it's still useful in other rooms
But they modified some levels on lap 3 like for example They slowed down pizzaface in one of the rooms in Wasteyard They removed the pizza box transformtion at the end of peppibot factory And they made it so pizzaface can't kill you while going through pipes in Oh shit

so wait, what if instead of doing the piledriver on Fun Farm, you just kept running and canceled the momentum with a twirl? the potato farmer wouldnt have the time to attack yet since it doesn't have a hitbox frame 1 and you should be fine to just fall.
Apparently, you can summon pizzaface by using a mod called the Lap 3 mod. It adds another lap, which instantly starts showtime, but if you manage to escape in time, you get a special “Lapped” rank

The Lap 3 Mod fixes the Problem In that one room in Wasteyard (the back and forth one) Where it makes pizzaface looked damage and slows him down alot, BUT Makes his hitbox the same size as him making it possible, but still hard.
Okay so I don't know if you are aware of this, but @chaoslord3960 has found an alternative way to pass the "small U-turn" segment in Fun Farm. He first does a "Belly Slide" to quickly make his way to the wall, before stunning himself in the ceiling until Pizzaface is at the right distance. The "Belly Slide" immediately makes Peppino start running at Mach 2, so he can kill a potato farmer before it can even do anything. He finishes the section off by doing a "spin technique" before bumping into the wall. (the spin technique part can be pretty tricky, as you can accidentally move right into Pizzaface.) His strategy is still hard to pull off, but simpler than the one you have. Yeah, lap 3 changes a lot of levels. I probably should have mentioned P ranking more in this video since it's easy to forget that was a big part of the challenge. The amount of times I was able to beat some of these levels on a "practice run" where I lost my combo somehow was too many. Yet on a real attempt, there's so much more pressure

For anybody watching here: there are a few tricks you can do to help perform not only in runs like this, but in general throughout the game! First one is called Mach Cancelling. When you’re running at any Mach level, hit the button to dash and instantly hit the backwards button. It’s kinda tricky to do, but you can get the hang of it quickly. Second one… I don’t actually know what it’s called, but while you’re in the air, hit dash and move backwards and you’ll do a little twirl! Next trick is just sliding right as you start moving. This makes it so you gain Mach a lot quicker, and it can be done at anytime when you want to start your Mach run quickly! And I say ‘right as you’re moving’ since well, you can just keep running to start a Mach run (this just helps you do it faster. Also not hard, the hardest part for me was just forcing it into my muscle memory.) And I feel I should mention how to do the shoulder bash trick Alec did in the video. When you start a Superjump just hit the grab button. And last trick is just holding up as you enter a doorway. This makes it so you enter the room you want to enter instantly without having to actually stop your running. This works for EVERY* door in the game (or at least most of them.) Now onwards my fellow PT fans, Mach speed Mach speed on god 🙏 *edit: okay so I in fact forgot about some doors. This doesn't work on Lobby doors unless it's a floating door and you jump into it while holding up. This DOES work for key doors and Gerome doors, you just have to press up at the correct time instead of just holding it. I'm super sorry I let this slip, I'd forgotten ^^' edit 2: I'M SUPER SORRY I FORGOT TO MENTION MY FAVOURITE LETTER 😢IT'S PROBABLY E 'CAUSE OF THE E MEME GOD I'M SO VAPID

Isn't this just the Lap 3 mod in concept? I believe the only two levels that was absolutely impossible was one you encountered in...uh... "Uh-Oh" and Wasteyard; because of one particular pipe which has you essentially standing still for Pizza Face to reach you from any position in the screen - so the Lap 3 mod changed that pipe's path to be faster and a more direct path to remove that guaranteed death. The other change was using "Haywire Pizza Face" in the zig-zag room in Wasteyard to slow him down. It's literally the only two level changes the mod makes. Y'know, aside from a couple of toggle blocks being adjusted to make lapping possible in the first place.
I started this before Lap 3 came out. I probably would have just played it instead if I wasn't already far into the challenge. The mod changes a couple more rooms though like the one I talked about in Fun Farm and Golf. Unless it was updated to revert the changes

These are the regular title cards. I don't know what you're talking about ;). The wiki kept changing how many mach speeds Peppino had so I just went with 3
@@BarelyAlec People have been calling it up to Mach 4 for years but a month ago an admin on the wiki decided it should be up to Mach 3 which a lot of people don't like so they keep changing it back. I myself think it should go to Mach 4 aswell.

It would probably have to be Funny Farm for me, since I didn't realize just how intricate that area really was and it's the hardest part you were able to solve.

tip: the 2nd hard room in pizzascape can be passed by either grab dashing right before climbing the wall, or jump to bump the forknights so you can run through them. note: the lap 3 mod modifies some parts to make it possible to showtime lap. oh no's pipe is modified in the mod to make sure its possible, fun farms hard level is also modified to have a little crevice in the wood to go under.
True! I'd still use the strategy I used in Pizzascape along with the ones you mentioned for backup. I started this before Lap 3 came out and wanted to try to beat as many rooms as I could without them being modified anyway
in the fun farm room, isnt it possible to just do a twirl instead of a pile driver to avoid pizza face? you can use the dive into a slide to stun the potato and let you fall faster?
That might be possible with extreme precision but it hasn't ever worked for me

Just a heads up for Bloodsauce you’re not spooking the Pencer, you’re just stunning it by running into it before it recovers from spawning and gains a hitbox.
Also, in the room with the forknights in Pizzascape you don’t have to go right, just grab at the base of the wall and jump at the last second. Peppino will climb enough wall to be in Mach 3 by the time you reach the forknights.
Lastly, there are actually 4 Mach run levels, not 3. Mach 1 is the start of the run, Mach 2 is right before Peppino gains a hitbox, Mach 3 is the enemy-killing run, Mach 4 is the crazy running on all fours animation.
Oh, I see what you mean with the Pencer. I know you can do that in Pizzascape but I find it a little more consistent to get the extra speed from turning
i know its 4 in the files but "correcting" people to call them 4 machs is a little silly, i only call them mach 1 2 and 3 cuz thats fundamentally what the game functions as rather than animations
in my eyes mach 1 is when you start running, you cant break or kill enemies but u can stil climb on walls and the game will register you as running
mach 2 is when you start to have a yellow hitbox and peppino is able to kill enemies and break through metal blocks, and mach 3 is the final animation where you go super fast but if you turn in anyway shape or form you'll lose it
imo, calling mach 1 and 2 the start up and running animation separately is kinda pointless and silly with "4 stages" i prefer the 3 cuz it just makes more sense
@@flourrrrIve literally only ever seen it referred to as mach 1234 so while you might be right that there isn't really a difference in mach 1 & 2, there's already a standard so calling mach 3 mach 2 will just confuse people, like I was when he said enemies become petrified between mach 1 & 2. Most of the people in this very comment section are just calling it mach 3, including Alec admitting he just got the machs wrong.

23:10 you can actually do this if you use the fast fall tech: while midair, grab and dive on the same frame to dive without being stuck in the dive animation. you can then grab twirl to cancel the horizontal momentum and fall straight downwards without running into a wall. it takes a bit to learn the inputs but it is most likely much more consistent
this same trick may also help with 33:49 though performing a fast fall 3 times in a row isnt exactly what i'd call consistent

It needs to do a parry pose at the perfect timing when this pizza face gets closer to you directly only.
For 7:36 doing a long jump also works and gives enough speed for a mach 3.

Fun fact: dash sliding lets you do an instant mach 3 fun fact: by pressing grab dash + the opposite direction of at which ur moving in the air u can cancel all ur speed without needing to climb up a wall first
Yeah, I realized right after I uploaded this that I somehow didn't mention dash-sliding to quickly gain mach 3. It's not needed in any rooms I mentioned but it's still useful in other rooms

But they modified some levels on lap 3 like for example
They slowed down pizzaface in one of the rooms in Wasteyard
They removed the pizza box transformtion at the end of peppibot factory
And they made it so pizzaface can't kill you while going through pipes in Oh shit

Okay so I don't know if you are aware of this, but @chaoslord3960 has found an alternative way to pass the "small U-turn" segment in Fun Farm. He first does a "Belly Slide" to quickly make his way to the wall, before stunning himself in the ceiling until Pizzaface is at the right distance. The "Belly Slide" immediately makes Peppino start running at Mach 2, so he can kill a potato farmer before it can even do anything. He finishes the section off by doing a "spin technique" before bumping into the wall. (the spin technique part can be pretty tricky, as you can accidentally move right into Pizzaface.) His strategy is still hard to pull off, but simpler than the one you have. Yeah, lap 3 changes a lot of levels. I probably should have mentioned P ranking more in this video since it's easy to forget that was a big part of the challenge. The amount of times I was able to beat some of these levels on a "practice run" where I lost my combo somehow was too many. Yet on a real attempt, there's so much more pressure

So, I never watched it, lol.
For anybody watching here: there are a few tricks you can do to help perform not only in runs like this, but in general throughout the game!
First one is called Mach Cancelling. When you’re running at any Mach level, hit the button to dash and instantly hit the backwards button. It’s kinda tricky to do, but you can get the hang of it quickly.
Second one… I don’t actually know what it’s called, but while you’re in the air, hit dash and move backwards and you’ll do a little twirl!
Next trick is just sliding right as you start moving. This makes it so you gain Mach a lot quicker, and it can be done at anytime when you want to start your Mach run quickly! And I say ‘right as you’re moving’ since well, you can just keep running to start a Mach run (this just helps you do it faster. Also not hard, the hardest part for me was just forcing it into my muscle memory.)
And I feel I should mention how to do the shoulder bash trick Alec did in the video. When you start a Superjump just hit the grab button.
And last trick is just holding up as you enter a doorway. This makes it so you enter the room you want to enter instantly without having to actually stop your running. This works for EVERY* door in the game (or at least most of them.)
Now onwards my fellow PT fans, Mach speed Mach speed on god 🙏
*edit: okay so I in fact forgot about some doors. This doesn't work on Lobby doors unless it's a floating door and you jump into it while holding up. This DOES work for key doors and Gerome doors, you just have to press up at the correct time instead of just holding it. I'm super sorry I let this slip, I'd forgotten ^^'

Thanks for the useful tips! This made me realize I somehow didn't mention sliding to gain mach speed quicker, but I guess it wasn't needed for any rooms I mentioned. I haven't heard of Mach Canceling. It's cool how many tricks and abilities you have in this game that it feels like your always learning something new!

And yeah, I think Mach Cancelling is more of an obscure trick, but I'm not into the community side of things much, so I can't be certain. And I haven't thought about it like that before! I get bored of linear things like PT quickly, so a thought process like that is a nice way to keep it interesting!

I believe the only two levels that was absolutely impossible was one you encountered in...uh... "Uh-Oh" and Wasteyard; because of one particular pipe which has you essentially standing still for Pizza Face to reach you from any position in the screen - so the Lap 3 mod changed that pipe's path to be faster and a more direct path to remove that guaranteed death. The other change was using "Haywire Pizza Face" in the zig-zag room in Wasteyard to slow him down. It's literally the only two level changes the mod makes. Y'know, aside from a couple of toggle blocks being adjusted to make lapping possible in the first place.
I started this before Lap 3 came out. I probably would have just played it instead if I wasn't already far into the challenge. The mod changes a couple more rooms though like the one I talked about in Fun Farm and Golf. Unless it was updated to revert the changes
