Finding my "STOLEN" Motorcycle back with the Monimoto GPS Tracker

My beloved Honda CT125 got stolen by some kind of thief I hired on Craigslist and I'm using the new Monimoto 7 GPS Tracker to get it back.
I have been using Monimoto for a couple years now so pretty satisfied with their line of products. Of course this video is made for the fun of it , my Honda is back in my secured garage and we all lived happy ever after.

I use a pet tracker GPS on my bike, Its a 1/4 of the cost to buy and 1/4 the subscription fees of bike GPS. The nice thing is my gps tracker is the size of a usb thumbdrive. The name of it is Tractive. I can set up "virtual fences" so if it leaves my condo parking lot I get alerts on my phone. Has real time tracking too. Pretty much has all the functions of motorcycle GPS but for much cheaper and smaller device.

So I hate to break this to you, but real organized motorcycle/car theft groups know about these things and they are very easy to find. Many devices will warn people that they are present via cellphone to prevent issues like them being used for stalking/crime. But they are also extremely easy to locate via a bug sweeper or other Electro-Magnetic detection device. Plus they just often leave the motorcycles for a week at a drop off (sometimes after initial chop) just in case. Not saying it won't help recover a stolen vehicle, but the odds are still not great.

Air tags will alert someone but stand alone GPS devices won't. If you have a small enough and well hidden one it won't be found. Common thieves don't have "bug sweepers" or the likes. Most thieves are pretty dumb and opportunistic. Yes there are professional thieves out that will get your bike no matter what but they are the minority, Any theft protection is better than none.

I have Apple Air Tags, on my keys, wallet ,2 bicycles, and my dog. On my R1250Gs, I have replacement value insurance, alarm , and it weighs 300kg.
