I was in the Army as an 88M (Truck driver) and got to drive the LHS (slightly different model truck than the Goliath) and it’s become my favorite in the game purely for nostalgic reasons.
Hoping phase 8 redeems the shocking content of year 2 pass and finally gets me back into this game! Kinda annoyed I stumped up for year 2 and the content has been crap so I've moved onto better games. Don't miss this game as it is now, but it has potential

For russian regions, the K3K7-286 (IRL KZKT heavy wheeled tractor truck) and other mods from Pasi4nikSergei, the famous MAZ-543 from Barek, ЗИЛ-157 and tractors from a modder I don't remember, and especially many russian and belarussian truck mods from Yansors and KotRSK are awesome and deserve honorary mention...

I am actually reconsidering my 100% purist vanilla game now... Many of these trucks totally fit in the game, and gameplay (like the bridge truck). I even play on PC, it's not like installing the mods would be hard for me. (Note: I have like 200+ H in the game. I played my first multiplayer session around the 100 H mark)
I would definitely recommend the RANG3R stuff, all of their creations are extremely balanced and fun, and look better than the some of the ones In the base game. Side note: the GWC Goliath is a little OP in my opinion, not by much though
The wheels on this one at 4:46 are the same as a couple of the Tatra's, in the DLC. Why are the tires angled like that? Does it help any, I mean it looks like they'll just tip over more.

Having driven the Goliath myself in real life, I can tell you it’s not fun driving this thing on the interstate. Drive it long enough and you will be urinating blood for a couple days🤘🤣🤘

At 65 mph on what you guys in the UK call the Motorway this truck will destroy your kidneys. 🤣 Offroad this truck is like no other, in my unit which was about 20 years ago we had the mid 80’s model which had the fuel addon and it was the 8x8. Mud, what mud, if there was a person who got this thing stuck, that person was a useless idiot. These days the modern Oshkosh trucks are 10x10 and are simply unstoppable offroad .
@@dougstultz1206 You only really need to use sort and filter to find the mod you like then subscribe and wait for it to download. Those other options are unnecessary. Hopefully that helps.

Here's the thing about my experience with the gwc Goliath it's crane is dogshit it doesn't have a lot of strength and it doesn't have a lot of range other than that it is a really good albeit very expensive to run
i lost the RNG pack 3 times already in evry update. i lost them again in this last update im starting to get sick of this bs. im on ps4. evry time i go to play i got that msg your mods probably are not working
Gwc Goliath has terrible paint jobs, suspension thats a joke and even worse tire options. Hate when modders use ugly tires that look like they are made out of Legos covered in armor all. Such a disappointing mod. Still hoping rng3r will make a hemtt from scratch since even the new one the devs made for season 3 is garbage. Anyone notice he was talking about a hummer mod but show rng3r mrav? Its far superior anyway.

My favorite comes from the Rng3r group and it’s the 4x4 Military truck. My go to scout.
I’m a marine truck driver. I drive the MTVR almost every day in real life. RNG absolutely NAILED his MTVR mod. It’s so realistic it’s almost scary

I used the military truck mods for Maine as I think the Americans would call the national guard for a flood like that

Tayga King might not be of military origin, but still King. and no other truck can take that away from the 6436.
If you slap on a camouflage paintjob and some machine guns it's basically a military vehicle.

You're really robbing yourself of fun if you don't use mods. They make the game way more fun.

It's designed so that when under load they end up straight, but I think that - while it works - it adds unnecessary complication.

Was it recently removed? Could be because of the need to repack for next-gen consoles.

What happens is the mod pages do come up on the screen but if I hit the subscribe button nothing happens.
I don’t quite understand the sort & filter, and the more options menu where it says select map report mod enable all disable all and clean all up.
