So to answer the disabled driving questions, I have one leg and can drive perfectly fine without assistance. If you are using a wheelchair or have disabilities that impede you from using your feet to drive you will have hand controls. I have a lot of friends who are disabled and can drive perfectly fine with them, they are installed when a disabled person purchases a car at the dealership and is completely safe to use. I can not speak for everyone, just helping eduacate :)
