- We will periodically release Corona Development Talks to introduce changes and improvements in RA3:Corona mod.
Devs Talks VI A (or Devs Talks 6.1) focuses on Celestial's new infiltration and sniper unit: Misty Assassin, as well as other contents introduced in 3.11 update. The next Dev Talks will be the continuation of Devs Talks VI B, which will cover other updates.

King Oni has melee attacks? FINALLY!
But, IMHO, it's animation can be improved. Perhaps add bashing movement? But it's up to you guys.
Knowing the Corona mod team, I believe they can definitely improve it. That animation is probably just a placeholder to show that it works.
Remix mod did exactly this. Improved model and animation sets.
They actually made that, and I think the video would be release soon.
You are definitely gonna enjoy the second part of this dev talk.
I have been following this project for over a year and I'm so glad that you guys are still updating us on your work.
I don't mind waiting cause I know you guys are doing great work and love RA3 as much as we do.
This is poggers, I want to thank the devs for putting soo much effort into this mod.
Not just new faction, new balances, new units, also massively improved the graphics. I can't wait for this mod to be released!

natasha's art concept and actress are quite different. I think the developer took the art concept as reference, not the actress

Personally, I would love if Natasha can be tweaked to shoot her sniper rifle 50% faster rate of fire.
She wield semi-auto sniper rifle, and it would give her justice because her role is in the middleground of Boris ( from RA2 ) and Tanya.

Finally, the Rocket Angel buffs we're looking for.
But Rocket angel kinda sucks , she literally get one shot by all kind of AA unit and others Air unit could out run she speed , they buffed her but nothing will change the fact no one use her in PVP
@@mr.snowflake5895 Well, in fact, rocket angel performed really not bad at all in recent PvP combat, though their position has changed completely jack-in-all to a professional bomber.

Can you do another faction unit showcase? I want to see how the other factions units are reworked and the addition of new units.
You can watch the Faction Units Introduction Video and Dev Talks Video they previously released. From the videos released by test players, these videos have basically introduced most of the new units and changes. If you can read Chinese, the Dev team has also published several unit files and micro novels on wechat and bilibilibili to introduce the background of the new unit and world views.

This might be a bit much, but I'm hoping that the King Oni remodel will be bigger than it currently is because of keeping to the cgi intro of the original game, but mostly just remodeling it to at least resemble it's CGI version. I am also very much hoping that there will be like a scripted cutscene in the campaign of a King Oni or Red Oni battling a Legion Breaker (Most likely the King Oni will get sliced, but after seeing that artwork of King Oni vs Legion Breaker in Celestial March, I am really hoping for that) :3
They actually made a better looking King Oni, and I swear you could see it soon.

I think it will be really hard, considering the CGI of original RA3 is actually not bad (of course the gameplay is sh1t)
@@WekingW I think in C&C CGI was made as a parody (i love it anw*). So at this scale starting some fundrising and get few people on it won't be hard at this point.
Or just make a SFM with 3d models

The Misty Assassin seems a little OP with her camouflaging imo. In which it diminishes the uniqueness of US Spy camo ability

Celestial empire basic infantry uses railguns but can't ones hot infantry
Celestial empire assassin uses standard high caliber rifle, instant kills any infantry

Yeah, railgun is supposed to be far faster, greater range & more powerful penetration than present bolt action round.

@@davidnnn6986 more of style, those without general knowledge on guns always think sniper is cool with spring action load, no semi-auto, firing large caliber round with loudest noise & worst recoil as seen in Starcraft ghost, Japanese animated Starship Troopers sniper, etc. Whereas present sniper rifle such as M-82, Dragunov M-14 come with semi-auto loader. In future, sniper would surely be rail powered and when it's electrical, the load system is definitely auto.
Accuracy I guess, the assassin probably have to carry lighter gear which is why they don't use railguns, but then their skill and accuracy probably more than makes up for this downside, hence the one shot kills.
@@崔莱 rail gun doesn't mean heavier than spring action bolt rifle. Refer metal storm guns that could fit many rounds and fire without recoil. They are far more accurate in fact
