    wtf lee gyeonggyu's segment made me feel abit choked up, coz not only is he a senior mc/comedian, he's of age now, a grandpa figure, so i was really concerned when he struggled to get up onto the boat while shaking alot from the cold water, and especially when he said 'when i was younger i wouldnt have done this coz i had many days to live', wtffffff stahp cutting onionnnnnsss T T, hes so invested in every program he does, and every program he chooses to be in is something new and creative, big respect to gyeonggyu

    Soy Mayonnaise Recipe (13:08)
    500ml Soy milk
    500ml Grapeseed oil
    35g Apple cider vinegar
    90g Raw sugar
    80g Bamboo salt
    1 teaspoon of Dried basil
    Add 500ml of soy milk into the blender then add 500ml of grapeseed oil (1:1 ratio). Next, add organic raw sugar, vinegar, and bamboo salt. Now put the lid on and blend. It takes less than a minute for the soy mayonnaise to become thick.
    Note: I’m not Korean so I watch with the captions on, I don’t know when or if they added the dried basil but I think they might’ve put it in the blender after the bamboo salt. Best of luck to you all who wish to try it :)

    When Yeongja started talking about her mother, in a way I could empathise with her. My great grandmother died with stage 4 dementia, and it was hard. She always talked about the younger version of my cousins and I, she didn’t know who we were and it was hard for us. I want to live the life that she always wished for me to have. I hope that your mother stays healthy and strong Yeongja 💕

      Scuba diving to look at tuna doesn't mean you'll cook a good tuna dish. 🙄 It's effort that has nothing to do with the end product.

    3:45 Sorry, Chef-nim, but grilled tuna heads is a common dish among restaurants in seaside cities in the Philippines. There are also some tuna specialty restaurants in inland cities that do this. It really isn't that uncommon here.

    Perhaps to avoid any misunderstanding; the tuna chef grills Pacific bluefin tuna (참다랑어) head. The tuna varieties in Gensan are skipjack, yellow fin, frigate and bullet tuna.
    So perhaps what he had claimed might not be invalid.
    Idk with absolute certainty all cuisines of the world but just helping to translate the variety of tuna he's selling for everyone to understand better, perhaps?

    People may not be a huge fan but I like Lee Gyeonggyu. He's witty, very determined, committed, and funny xD I'm sure he's a nice and soft person in real life. (I really like everyone else on the show too, it's a great show altogether)

    Chef must have not done his research, he is saying its the only one in the world, we have been grilling tuna parts especially head, jaw and tail more than its meat in the philippines for ages, it has even been featured in battle trip..

      Soy Mayonnaise Recipe (13:08)
      500ml Soy milk
      500ml Grapeseed oil
      35g Apple cider vinegar
      90g Raw sugar
      80g Bamboo salt
      1 teaspoon of Dried basil
      Add 500ml of soy milk into the blender then add 500ml of grapeseed oil (1:1 ratio). Next, add organic raw sugar, vinegar, and bamboo salt. Now put the lid on and blend. It takes less than a minute for the soy mayonnaise to become thick.
      Note: I’m not Korean so I watch with the captions on, I don’t know when or if they added the dried basil but I think they might’ve put it in the blender after the bamboo salt. Maybe you could give it a go and suggest what you think is best, whether to add it before or after blending or not adding dried basil at all. Best of luck! :)
