I think according to polling, people do NOT support strong pro-life stances. The problem is comparing that to who actually voted. We can't. No, the culture is not fully changing on marriage. Check that stats, you are wrong. I appreciate your sentiment that it could be true. Ok, onto some more criticism, don't take this as harsh to you. Marrying for unplanned pregnancies bring insane tax benefits and conservative approval by family members. To say that everyone is getting married from pure love is not true. The ad does not say there's a dichotomy between the wife choosing abortion vs birth. Sorry, that's just not there. The Volvo ad promotes its PRODUCT as a life-enhancing while showing some benefits to child-rearing. We got a van last year, yep, I can see a company SELLING us a utility like this through FEELS. That's marketing. You are correct that birth changes many people's lives for the better. Another thing to note is that these are privileged white people. This ad is bias toward people who are able to do all of this. You're free to disagree, but this is marketing to privileged people fully capable of being manipulated by their feels to make both decisions like it shows. The reason we are so enraptured by children is purely instinctual to humans, our species selected for the traits that release pheromones and express empathy toward our offspring, like many of the great apes & monkeys. As an atheist, I hold a more moderate view to pro-choice. My personal advocacy would be pro-choice until viability, determined by MEDICAL PROS only. Everything after that is mandated adoption and to-term, barring the health of the mother. This view can be shared by the Biblical texts that life begins at first-breath. Even the pro-choice part, to me, should require several counseling sessions and sign-off by a medical professional. No walk-ins without documentation. I recognize this may disenfranchise the poor, but this could be covered by government medicaid to still enable the procedure.
Sooooo good!!!! Love IT!
