I am still today being abused physically and mentally by my mother ( if she can even be considered as a mother ), and trust me, if she ever tried to apologize or take me in her arms, I would NEVER EVER accept it ! She is a stranger to my eyes and I wish her no good...
I know how that feels my father used to hit me for nothing, because he had something mental going on stopping him from controlling his anger and emotions. He apologized, but it was traumatic for me, and I kinda don't forgive him at the same time. I honestly don't know how parents can bring children into this world, and then just use them as some toy to abuse, hit, etc. It's saddening to see. Remember your not alone, and to get through it even in the hardest of times. You'll escape her eventually.
@@Cvpid278 thanks for your comment. It's nice to see I am not the only one suffering from this. In my case, she doesn't have a mental illness, but she is an alcoholic since forever. For exemple, she was drinking and smoking even when she was pregnant, clearly injuring my health. Like you said, I can't believe people like this are even allowed to have children when they clearly can't take care of themselves... It's horrible to think about how she is hurting me with her own mistakes, even though I never did anything to her.
@Erifloya I also hope you'll get better soon ❤ Personally, I've taken action against her and even though I thought I was going to die when she found out, she decided to go see a doctor to stop alcohol. Even if that doesn't mean I'll forgive her, at least I won't be abused anymore ( I hope ). So maybe try to talk about it to organisations who could help you ? Good luck ❤❤
Hi. I’m joining the conversation…even though my dad has stopped (kinda) abusing me. When I was only FIVE he would hit me and smack me. He even smacked my butt. Honestly he just hits me with a rag every so often, it scares me to death as I am only 11…my mom tries to stop him but sometimes when we fight and I snap at him he either smacks me on the forehead or throws smth at me…

I feel like this is really relatable. To be honest, I have been abused phsyically and mentally at schools when I was so young.. And it really shaped who I am today and was. I am doing a lot better now but this gcmv really brings back memories of getting abused and bullied at school at a really young age. I hope that those who have this problem find help and learn to have trustworthy friends and people instead of messed up relationships in their past. No one really takes me seriously in my family and that really is why I don't like answering back even if I do. But sometimes, I get that feeling when you just want to pour your emotions out and finally reveal your true feelings. Still, no one will take you seriously (In my previous school, I made notes to my friends and for the one I really hated whom slapped, joked, etc did stuff to me everday, he was laughing at it..).
