Echeconnee MX Practice Day With Mike Brown

Went out to Matt Walker's place in Echeconnee to ride a bit with Mike Brown and friends. I've was on the YZ450F all week leading up to this day at Echeconnee where I decided to try some KTM parts on the 2024 Factory Edition 450 SX-F. What a big difference in feel between the blue and orange bike. Ride along with me where I cruise around trying to figure out the pumpkin on a rough Matt Walker prepped sand track.

being a former trucker we used to put hose extensions on our tire valves to make it easier to reach when we needed to add air......i just watched DV's channel and he had Marvin who was riding his 350 and Marvin was struggling to fill his forks.....he couldnt screw the pump onto the valve so easily, he had to move his clutch perch up and who knows what he did on the brake side......if he had those extensions no struggle and then tuck them down under the front number plate when done.....whats your thought?

What difference did you notice from Blue to Orange ?

Orange is much smoother roll on. Orange vibrates more. Orange is harsher through hands on jump landings/bump touch. Orange is easier to hang on to on long moto cause of smooth engine. More front wheel traction in Orange. These are a few.

Would you put your modded '24 Kawi closer to this KTM or the Yamaha? Or completely different from both?

@@xaviercampbell1237 Different feel. JX has a smoother power like the KTM but with more torque feel/low end rpm response.
