I don't understand this - I watch several of these vids form a variety of practitioners, so why is it that you're the only one who gets the tingles going up from the small of my neck into the scalp, and then down into the shoulders? What's the hell is your secret.... Well, I don't suppose you can really be expected to know, but - it's every time!
